While building Circle, we faced several challenges that tested our problem-solving skills:
Training a Custom Chatbot:
Challenge: Creating an effective chatbot that could understand and respond to employee queries accurately was a significant hurdle. We needed the chatbot to not only provide task prioritization suggestions but also to handle a variety of work-related questions.
Solution: We implemented a phased training approach using supervised learning. We gathered a diverse dataset of common employee queries and used it to fine-tune the chatbot's responses. Iterative testing and user feedback helped us improve its accuracy and relevance over time.
Task Breakdown Using AI:
Challenge: Developing an AI feature to break down tasks into smaller, manageable parts was complex. We needed the system to analyze tasks contextually and suggest logical sub-tasks, which required a deep understanding of user intentions and project requirements.
Solution: We utilized natural language processing (NLP) techniques to parse task descriptions. By applying machine learning algorithms, we trained the system to recognize keywords and categorize tasks effectively.
