A ton of work is spent on physically watching the outskirts territories, urban communities, and mixes. Border fences or blockades are easy to break and in. when somebody is breaching in, the guard/authorities will know just when they arrived at the break site. Additionally, it sets aside a ton of effort to cover the compound dividers if the region is enormous.
