The problem Chimera solves

Chimera DevMatch creates a secure, decentralized marketplace for AI agents, where creators can monetize without exposing sensitive API keys and users can access AI tools without blockchain friction.

People can use it to:

Safely share AI agents – TEE encryption ensures API keys and sensitive data are never leaked.

Monetize AI directly – No platform fees; creators earn from user stakes in ETH or USDC.

Access AI easily – Gasless transactions + Google login make onboarding painless.

Track performance in real time – Built-in analytics help creators optimize and users find the best agents.

It makes existing tasks easier and safer by eliminating manual API key sharing, removing transaction fees for users, and automating secure payments and analytics.

Challenges we ran into

TEE Integration Complexity – Getting Oasis ROFL-Sapphire to properly encrypt and verify API keys without exposing them required deep debugging of precompiles and on-chain verification. Solved by implementing a fallback local dev mode for easier testing.

Gasless Transaction Flow – Integrating ERC-4337 wallets with Biconomy Paymasters introduced unexpected edge cases in user session handling. Fixed by adding robust wallet reconnection logic and transaction retries.

Real-Time Analytics – Syncing The Graph subgraph with on-chain events in under 30 seconds was tricky. Optimized schema and indexing strategies to meet the performance target.
