"Agriculture is the backbone of India" - Everyone.
But still, there exist many problems.

The major problem faced by farmers in India is a lack of investment.

So, what's the solution?
Retail investment platform where retail investors can invest in agriculture farmlands similar to bonds and the investor gets profits quarterly.

How does it work?
1, Farmer lists his farmland and related documents and his crypto address (Metamask wallet address).

2. We verify it and his land will be kept as collateral in NFTs and list on our platform.
3. Then an investor will invest in the farmland.
4. The investor gets profits every quarter in his crypto wallet.

Challenges I ran into

1. Integrating Metamask using Moralis was a big problem because I had issues with SDK.
2. Testing with Ganache.
