While our smart-contract can be later used by Governments. It can also be used permissionless-ly by certain groups of society that are not recognised legally by the governments based on their gender or religion.
Prenups in real life are complicated, cost expensive lawyer fees & take days. But ChainWed can help you add assets, mutually agree on terms, decide what happens if a divorce occurs all without relying on middlemen i.e lawyers.

Challenges we ran into
Unable to run Solana-test-validator on the M1 mac book, and it did not work. We tried to build it but also meet a lot of issues due to unsupported instructions. We had to run VPS with x64 to make it work. The documentation mentioned that account data has to be used as key-value storage, but no examples are proved. Examples we found from solan are either very simple or very complex, like Solana token example. Hello world example that we based on, rely on borsh serializer. Once you try to integrate on the front end, it will require a lot of unnecessary effort. Using JSON here was much faster.
