CConnectt: A Platform for Influencers and Brands to Collaborate Transparently
CConnectt is a blockchain-based platform that enables influencers and brands in the fashion, food, and gaming industries to collaborate on campaigns transparently. By leveraging the power of smart contracts, CConnectt aims to make the whole process of influencer marketing more streamlined and efficient.
The platform works by using a payment splitter contract that is generated when an influencer and a brand agree to work together on a campaign. The contract specifies a predetermined percentage of all sales made through the campaign that will be split between the influencer and the brand. This percentage can be adjusted based on the agreement between the two parties.
One of the unique features of CConnectt is the use of QR codes to facilitate payments. The payment splitter contract is linked to a QR code, which can be easily scanned to initiate a payment. This ensures that payments are made promptly and without any errors.
Another exciting feature of CConnectt is the integration of NFT collections. Influencers can launch their NFT drops along with the payment splitter functions. This feature allows influencers to monetize their content further and adds a new dimension to influencer marketing.
Influencers can choose to keep their NFT drops limited or unlimited. For now, the minimum amount required to receive an NFT is set to 100 SHM, but this can be easily changed to both amount and token. Anyone who makes a payment of more than the base amount will be issued an NFT from the collection.
In addition, influencers can make their NFT drops unique by setting rules around how many NFTs one address can own. For example, an influencer may decide that only one NFT per address can be owned for a given collection.
CConnectt also integrates with Lighthouse, a decentralized access control platform, to release exclusive videos or files to anyone who owns an NFT from the platform's collection.
while working with the shardeum chain we tried to use all the different versions of it like liberty 1.X then we moved to the newer version of liberty2.X but we still were facing problems while connecting with metamask so we had to go to the latest chain of shardeum sphinx but there we were not able to integrate the metamask with the lighthouse. storage's access controls and when we reached out to the team on discord they mentioned that they will be updating their platform this week. we also faced problems while working with verbwire API where we wanted to fetch data from the chain and then use that data to collect information from the IPFS network but we were not able to do that as well. we also wanted to work with the shardeum's sphinx chain but the chain but we faced problems with contract deployments as well as the unavailability of testnet SHM for the whole testing phase. Our platform was also supposed to have the features of a start date and a end date for the contracts deployed such that it gives additional features to the influencers and also helps in the automation of the contracts but conversion to unix was a challenge.
