The problem Catoff solves

Existing fitness and social gaming platforms lack real-world incentives, suffer from centralized control, and lack transparency in data tracking.
Can’t automatically get paid out for IRL competitions (manual),
No way to accurately track real life wagers and validate the results
No current incentive to compete against their friends knowing they might not get paid out
