The problem Carenest APP solves

Carenest app focuses on online medical care. It makes online consultation, doctor booking, and finding the nearest hospitals and blood banks simpler for the user.
• We sometimes find it difficult to go and meet a doctor in person. Carenest app solves this issue with the online consultation feature that allows the user to get medical help anytime anywhere.
• The online booking feature provides the user with a trouble-free experience while booking an appointment for a doctor.
• The app displays the token time that notifies the user of the token time thus enabling the user to manage his time and avoid long queues.
• The intelligent bot feature helps the user to look up medicine information and various features of the app.
• The app also organises and stores the user’s medical history records, providing ease of access to these documents.
• The app can also search for hospitals and blood banks near the user’s location.
• The Carenest app also includes features like physiotherapy for the elderly.
• The fake doctor search feature can be further developed with future updates.

Challenges we ran into

During our venture on developing the app we had not been familiar with UI/UX software, but in further research, our team had discovered the Figma designing software. Our time at the hackathon had been fruitful as we have a much greater grasp on designing software like Figma. The wireframing part of the process had been a bit troublesome, but we were able to solve the issue through multiple brainstorming sessions. Throughout these 2 days, we were able to find shortcut keys and other useful tricks that helped in boosting the development process. Overall, this opportunity has provided us with greater insight into the app development process.
