The problem canvaSwap solves

What if I could invest in one of my favorite content creator right at the point I found their youtube channel and I knew If I love his/her content people would love it too! I could not just be part of their journey as someone sharing their videos but also be invested into the journey in return for future gains! That is exactly what we are building. Another asset class for everyone to invest in.

These are not synthetic assets but actual creators who are using their coins to

• Incentivize their community ,
• Work on their upcoming videos and projects!,
• Airdrop coins to the hodlers!
• Support other budding creators!
• Use these coins for their DAO on canvaSwap

The opportunities are limitless and the only limitation is imagination.

But we all know how volatile the markets are and how rug pulls operate and that is why we have a smart contract which has a vesting schedule for creator coins, its distribution plan and if you believe in the creator and invest in them at early stages you'll definitely generate some wealth of liquidity pools, earning rewards, staking your tokens, earning airdrops.

Challenges we ran into

• None of us knew web3 or solidity before starting this project out and we are still learning, lot of open source code helped us out.
• We had to device a lot of things which could not be showcased in this hackathon at the moment but for the project to sustain in a longer run we had to, so we will be adding the same as gitbooks.
• A lot of opensource DEX and we had to first understand their code and working and once we had the required knowledge we started tweaking it to our needs.
• We never knew what is multisig and now we are working on multisig contracts to hold the coins before they are launched.
• There are a lot of things that are still pending and we believe our major task was to streamline the projects and set a roadmap which we have ready now.
