Patient can make appointment from home, watch physiotherapy details, diet plans and can suggest hospital and doctor accourding to their cancer type.

The problem it solves

When I redirect to specific url usiing urls.py file the new url in which i want to nevigate is appended at the old url so It gives Page not Found .
