The problem Campus Exchange solves
Our website will allow seamless connections between students and their seniors, enabling them to conveniently and easily exchange class notes, textbooks, and stationary items. By bridging the gap between different academic levels, we empower students to acquire the resources they need for their studies from their seniors. Whether it's purchasing, renting, or borrowing, our website offers a user-friendly experience for efficient and reliable transactions. Challenges we ran into
Initially, we faced some issues regarding branch merging in GitHub, but we resolved them by updating a specific repository.
Next, we encountered some issues while adding the rent section to the website. We were primarily confused about its difference from the other two sections, i.e., donate and sell. However, we later resolved this by allowing the seller to decide whether they would prefer to donate, rent, or sell.
Moving on to the step of integrating Firebase authentication,we mainly struggled with this aspect due to our limited knowledge in this particular domain. Nonetheless, we persevered and resolved the issue with the help of YouTube tutorials and our own efforts
