Decentralized Crowdsourcing Application for raising funds and running campaign (Deployed on Polygon Testnet), Replit

The problem CampaignHQ solves

  1. Lack of trust: Centralized platforms are often controlled by a single entity, which can lead to concerns about censorship, data privacy, and fairness in the distribution of rewards. Our project solves this issue by removing the central authority and allowing participants to interact directly with each other through blockchain technology.

  2. Limited accessibility: Many centralized crowdsourcing platforms operate in specific regions or countries, limiting the pool of potential contributors. Our project has the potential to reach a global audience, allowing individuals and organizations from all over the world to participate and contribute to the project.

  3. Inefficient allocation of resources: Centralized platforms often have limited resources and may not be able to efficiently allocate those resources to the most pressing needs. Our project allows for the distribution of resources to be more equitable.

  4. Lack of transparency: Centralized platforms may not provide sufficient transparency into the distribution of rewards, leading to concerns about fairness and equity. Our project uses blockchain technology to provide a transparent and secure way to track contributions and rewards, ensuring that participants are fairly compensated for their work.

Challenges we ran into

Figuring out to connect smart contracts with frontend
Took hours of debugging for displaying the correct output, at first the transactions were happening but were not visible, we then step by step again reviewed our code to find out the error and then resolved it.

We extensively used StackOverflow to find out our problem solutions

UI was the next difficult part, we spent considerable time making our UI attractive and user friendly
