The problem CalmSpace - an end to end sentiment analysis model solves
Due to lack of automated response and feedback system in the several industries like customer care, hospitality and some emergency facilities, a lot of time is wasted to survey them manually, evaluate and respond. This problem can be minimised if the feedback system can be automated, making the response system much more efficient and faster
Challenges we ran into
Dataset
Initially we thought that the input will be through speech but we were not able to find a suitable dataset. So we used a text dataset made by NLP. We take the audio input and convert it to text using the SpeechRecognition Library available in Python, thus giving the suitable input we require
Flask
We were not much familiar with Flask before this project so we ran into quite a many challenges to implement the model. We had to scour through hundreds of youtube tutorials to finally get our webpage up and running.
Deployment
Our webpage is up and running but we were not able to deploy it online due to lack of resources. We intend to finish this project as soon as possible.
