I’m participating to launch a unique polymarket idea on Base, as this platform has the potential to elevate the concept. My team and I are fully committed to taking this project to a global level.

What challenges are you focusing on?

In the age of social media and the internet, events, trends, and behaviors shape public perception, influence decisions, and drive entire economies. Despite the significant impact of social media and internet-based activities, there is currently no prediction market that allows individuals to bet on Content creators. Social media trends, viral content, influencer popularity, internet-driven movements, and digital product launches are all unpredictable yet impactful.

There is an untapped opportunity to create a structured, decentralized prediction market platform that focuses on the internet and social media, where users can predict the outcomes of events such as:

• Viral trends and meme propagation.
• Success or failure of social media campaigns.
• Influencer engagement metrics and follower growth.
• Outcomes of Internet-driven phenomena
• Success of content releases, such as new music, videos, or product launches.

How does your submission address this challenge?

Prediction markets like Polymarket have skyrocketed in usage this year thanks to politics and sports betting. But what if there was a prediction market focused on social media and the internet arena?

We are building a platform over SuperFluid to facilitate you to bet on your favorite content creator and its growth. With our unique score calculation, you can predict what score he gains - this unique score will provide a more decentralized and trusted environment for the users to bet. By just predicting what score the creator gets you can bet your amount and earn your share from the pool amount if you strike it correctly.

• Finally, we integrated Airstack APIs to pull data from platforms like Farcaster and Instagram, which helped us gather accurate creator stats for the system.

1. Betting on Your Favorite Creators

This feature allows users to place bets on the future success of their favorite content creators. Users can predict how well a creator will perform in terms of engagement, reach, or other metrics over a set period of time.
How it works: Users choose a creator they follow and predict the score or engagement level the creator will achieve after a specific time frame.
Unique mechanism: The platform uses a transparent, open-sourced score calculation system that users can trust. This scoring mechanism ensures fairness and clarity when determining the outcome of bets.

2. Taking Fan Club Rivalries to the Next Level – Battle with Friends

This feature adds a competitive twist by allowing users to challenge their friends in a "battle" over which content creator will come out on top.
How it works: Users can choose two or more creators to "battle" against each other. They can bet on which creator will perform better based on engagement, score, or other metrics.
Friend battles: Users can create custom pools and invite their friends to bet on these battles. It's a social feature that encourages friendly competition and interaction among fan groups.
