According to the statistics provided by SEBI, the number of new Demat account
openings is increasing drastically which means a large number of newcomers are
entering the stock market. 90% of these newcomers have no prior experience in
the stock market. They don’t even know how to place an order. These people also
fall into the trap of unsolicited tips and till they realize it, they incur a significant
loss. As we know there is no mercy in the market, if the trade goes against them,
They will have to bear the loss.
"All these losses can be significantly reduced if these newcomers use our
software, get used to the market in their initial months and then enter the real
market."
After spending some time in the market people start to analyze the
stocks/Indices and build strategies. But they don’t have software to validate
their analysis/strategies. The majority of these people decide to directly test
their analysis in the real market. As they are in the learning stage, most of the
people’s analysis fails and they end up losing money.
"If these people test their analysis on our software for 1-2 months, they can
get a clear idea that their analysis is working or not. If maximum trades they
took went into their favor then they can test their analysis in the real market."
In India, a person enters the stock market when he/she starts earning money
from a job, business, etc because there is no way to enter the stock market
without money.
In a recent interview, Nikhil Kamath Co-Founder of Zerodha said that the average
age of investors in India is 30 years.
"With the introduction of our software, we can boost the financial literacy of
our country by opening the doors of young people to enter and explore the stock
market without money"
Imagining from the perspective of newcomers, intermediate Traders/Investors, and youth and identifying the problems they face.
