The problem Blockchain voting app solves
We are building an online platform on which one can conduct online elections. Being built on blockchain it is extremely secuire and ensures anonymous votes. A major issue that online voting systems run into is verififying who is casting the vote, we've countered this by using a facial recognition system.
Challenges we ran into
Blockchain being a new and upcoing technology did not have very great documentation.
Running facial recognition locally can be quite slow so we had to make it more efficient.
