(i) Challenge: Verifying the authenticity and legality of land properties was complex and required rigorous validation.
(ii) Solution: Implemented a system where sellers must upload an Encumbrance Certificate (EC) issued by the government. This document provides concrete proof of property ownership, ensuring both financial and legal aspects are validated and enhancing transparency.

2) Integration of Anon Aadhaar:
(i) Challenge: Integrating and testing Anon Aadhaar for identity verification posed significant challenges.
(ii) Solution: We thoroughly explored the documentation and applied key insights to address integration issues, ensuring seamless identity verification.

3) Implementing Garden Finance SDK:
(i) Challenge: Encountered difficulties integrating Garden Finance SDK due to limitations and compatibility issues with the PowerShell terminal.
