The problem BountyBadge solves

We started the project with a problem all of us encounter in corporate world. When people go for interviews, they write projects done by them and PR done by them.

But the company has no way to cross-validate what the interviewee has written on their resumes. This is where our project comes into help, every time a person makes a pull request for an open-source bounty and do the desirable contribution which get accepted by the organisation , is rewarded with tokens of BountyBadge.

Also, the DApp helps us in ensuring whether a person has worked on a specified project or not, which elsewise is only possible by contacting the respective organization.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into challenges such as integrating web3 in React ,Integrating decentralisated DB with centralized database, and some significant bugs on the way.
