The problem Blue Sky solves

Blockchain holds the potential to revolutionize every aspect of our online lives and one industry in particular that's primed for disruption is real estate I mean think about it real estate's a pay-to-play system property ownership can easily be modeled on blockchain with nfts and the transfer and sale of property can be made way more efficient using blockchains and smart contracts because honestly like most of the real estate industry lives in the dark gauges.

We are focussing on Real Estate Marketplace where our User(which is Buyer) can directly list their property, see them and buy them directly with their Web3 wallets(Metamask, Web3auth etc..). It will help to make bussiness more transparent and widely accessible all over the world as it helps to lift them property without any help of 2nd party during transaction. Also it will help to make process hassle free without any need of paper work and lawyer.

Challenges we ran into

While building Blue Sky , we ran into several problems:

1. Making more secured decentralized infra which alomost elimates the need of Real-Estate Marketplace like Zillow etc..
2. Difficult to create customize emojis for Buyers and storing them on large basis.
3. Making loading of Metdata which is stored on IPFS.
