A decentralized e-governance property transaction recording system which integrates with machine learning for verification of the people involved in the transaction.

The problem BlockEstate solves

Land transactions these days have highest fradulent transactions as we many times don't know the real owner of that property. We intend to solve this issue using blockchain in a way that the owner doesn't actually need to be on a blockchain network.

Challenges we ran into

Integration of machine learning for face detection and solidity brings in new challenges because of we have to handle promises of APIs and then after success redirect to confirm transaction page where web3 injectors interact with client wallets and take the transactions further one step ahead. This integration is for a while not fully available in our code as the face detection API is throwing promise errors. For future scope we can add a service worker which will interact with a Wallet installed on a cell phone and make a PWA out of it for which the application shell is set
