The problem BLOCKCHESS solves
With blockchain technology, it ensures a transparent and tamper-proof environment for players to play chess game especially when betting comes in place. It makes it impossible to alter game outcomes or manipulate results or bets. This can increase trust among players by avoiding cheating or disputes during games, especially in competitive betting settings. Besides, smart contract allow instant and automatic settlement of bets, reducing the time and effort required for financial transactions associated with the game.
Challenges we ran into
Issues with Taiko chain, can't request for testnet tokens and can't deploy project on chain for quite long time
