The problem Block Estate solves
The traditional land registration system, which relies heavily on paper-based documentation and manual verification processes. This system lacks transparency, making it difficult for stakeholders to track the ownership and transfer of land, leading to disputes and legal battles.
Challenges we ran into
- Find difficulty in developing land registery part of the contract.
