One major challenge we faced was processing and normalizing real-time sensor data for accurate AI predictions. Handling inconsistent readings, noise, and missing values from heart rate and SpO2 sensors required advanced data preprocessing. Additionally, integrating the trained LSTM model into our React-based frontend and ensuring smooth communication between the Raspberry Pi, backend, and frontend posed technical hurdles. Optimizing performance for real-time analysis while maintaining accuracy was another key challenge.
