The problem Bhoomi solves
Predicting the most suitable crop for an area by analysis of agro-parametric conditions through ML and IOT and by integrating it into the real-time application by a simplified user-centric approach and user-friendly interface accessible to all ranges of farming sectors and communities.
Challenges we ran into
- Finding an open-source dataset that was suitable for our model.
- Integrating multi-lingual app.
- Integrating IoT with ml, creating a simplified user-centric interface.
- Finding economically viable sensors and portable sensors for IoT devices.
- Creating awareness among farmers and farming communities by socializing with-existing organizations, government schemes and NGO's.
