This android app is built on ethereum blockchain which makes the election process easier and convenient. Our app also gives user the information about contesting candidates and their agendas.
The problem Bhawan Election Application solves
This application will be usefull for all the people involve in intra-college elections. Using blockchain will make the entire process smooth and safe. The results can be declared immediately after the elections end. Using smartphone to cast your vote will make it easier for the voters. The app also provide us with profiles and agendas of contesting candidates which will allow users to make a well-informed and a more rational decision.
Challenges we ran into
One of the main challenge was to connect the blockchain to the User Interface written in Javascript and HTML. It took some time to understand the concepts but in the end it worked out almost fine.
