The problem BetQuest solves

BetQuest is a telegram mini-dapp built on Starknet. I look at BetQuest as a questing platform with an emphasis on live betting. BetQuest will have live betting challenges across themes like cricket, football and anything else live!

Being a questing platform, the focus is on bringing more and more users onchain. This shall start with good UX, hence BetQuest is a telegram miniDapp summoned using the BetQuest telegram bot, making unboarding as simple as possible.

There is the thrill of live countdowns for each challenge, and instant gratification on wins!

Challenges I ran into

1. Cairo's steep learning curve and scarce examples online make it challenging and extra interesting to develop contracts ground up
2. Managing time based challenges in real-time was another interesting task which required a lot of brain storming
