Challenges we ran into
Addressing the complexities in data gathering, standardization, and integration was a primary hurdle, given the diverse terminologies and structures used across databases and institutions. Transitioning our data into a knowledge graph while predicting repurposed drugs presented significant challenges.
Moreover, ensuring an intuitive, user-friendly UI tailored to the specific needs and preferences of our target audience was pivotal. Crafting a responsive interface compatible with diverse devices and screen sizes added another layer of complexity. Structuring content and navigation in a coherent manner for users posed further challenges.
