Why are you participating for Based SEA?
I am passionate about leveraging blockchain technology to create user-friendly tools that empower individuals in SEA to access decentralized finance. With the rise of Base, I see a great opportunity to contribute to its ecosystem and help people monitor their assets efficiently.
What challenges are you focusing on?
Lack of user-friendly tools for tracking blockchain wallet balances and transactions, especially on emerging chains like Base.
How does your submission address this challenge?
Our project provides a simple interface for users to track the balance of their wallets on the Base blockchain. By making it easier for users to view their assets, it helps build trust and encourages more adoption of Base in the region.
Challenges we ran into
We faced challenges integrating with Base's API and ensuring real-time balance updates, but overcame these through effective API management and caching strategies. Another hurdle was ensuring the user interface was intuitive for non-technical users.
Additional Features
During the Buildathon, we added support for transaction history tracking and notifications for balance changes
