What challenges are you focusing on?

Challenges we ran into

Setting up an extremely fast retrieval RAG pipeline for all of the base documents was quite challenging due to the vast amount of information. However, we overcame this by creating a semantic database using scrapers and synthetic data formatting with our LLM. From there, we built the RAG pipeline from scratch.

That made the responses fast and eventually better user experience.
