The problem Banky(Defi-banking-dapp) solves

Our DeFi banking platform revolutionizes traditional finance by putting the power directly in your hands. Instead of relying on intermediaries, you can instantly send money worldwide, earn passive income through staking and lending, and maintain complete control of your assets with non-custodial wallets. Think of it as your personal banking command center – where you can track investments in real-time, participate in yield farming, and access global markets 24/7 without the usual barriers of traditional banking. Whether you're making everyday transactions, seeking investment opportunities, or looking to participate in the broader DeFi ecosystem, our platform simplifies everything through a secure, user-friendly interface. Plus, you're rewarded for your participation through our incentive system, making every interaction with the platform potentially profitable.

Challenges I ran into

While building this DeFi platform, I encountered a significant challenge when integrating the smart contract's array functions (getAlltransfers, getAllDepositss, getAllWithdraws) with the frontend. The main hurdle was that the contract functions weren't properly handling empty arrays for the struct types (Deposit, Transfer, Withdraw), causing errors when users with no transaction history tried to fetch their data. Initially, the contract was throwing errors instead of returning empty arrays, breaking the frontend functionality. I solved this by refactoring the smart contract functions to properly initialize dynamic arrays with the correct length using new StructName and implementing proper empty array returns. Additionally, I enhanced the frontend error handling to gracefully manage these responses, ensuring a smooth user experience even when no transaction data exists. This experience taught me the importance of proper type handling between Solidity and JavaScript, especially when dealing with complex data structures.
