2. Proposed Solution: Ayushya
Ayushya is a unified healthtech platform powered by an AI health agent.
It ensures that every patient’s medical identity, history, insurance, billing, and aftercare is seamlessly integrated and accessible in real time.

How it works :
● Login with Aadhaar → Fetch ABHA ID & verified documents via DigiLocker.
● Centralized Health Record Vault → Aggregates prescriptions, test results, diagnoses, medications, allergies, insurance details, and more.
● Patient Consent Layer → Hospitals/doctors access only when approved by patient/family.
● Recommends relevant past medical reports & prescriptions during hospital admission.
● Flags redundant or repeated tests to reduce costs.
● Offers personalized aftercare reminders & teleconsultation support.
● Emergency Mode: Doctors can retrieve critical health info instantly with ABHA ID / Aadhaar scan, even if patient is unconscious.

The Ayushya Health Agent is the core of the system, acting as:
