Challenges we ran into

Building AyushVANI wasn’t easy. Some hurdles we faced:

Emotion Detection Accuracy → At first, AI struggled with misinterpreting facial expressions.

Fix: We fine-tuned DeepFace with diverse datasets & integrated LSTM for better real-time emotion mapping.

Wearable Sync Issues → Real-time vitals from different devices weren’t syncing properly.

Fix: We built a lightweight middleware using Flask + Firebase to normalize incoming data.

Multilingual Voice AI → Indic languages had limited resources.

Fix: We used IndicBERT & trained it with custom datasets to ensure natural and inclusive communication.

Privacy & Security → Medical data needed strong protection.

Fix: We added face unlock, end-to-end encryption, and screenshot detection for safeguarding sessions.

Each challenge became a stepping stone that made AyushVANI more robust, reliable, and human-centered.
