Aurora addresses the critical gaps in the blood donation ecosystem by providing a real-time, AI-powered platform that connects donors with blood banks and hospitals, streamlines blood camp management, and offers early detection of blood cancer—ensuring faster, smarter, and more impactful healthcare interventions.
Challenges I ran into
A major obstacle was integrating real-time location tracking and mapping with appointment scheduling, which we overcame by leveraging Leaflet.js and Firebase’s real-time database to ensure seamless coordination and accuracy.
