The problem Auomatic solar panel cleaner solves

The solar panel who's work is to provide us with the solar-generated electric energy. This is very well adopted by the general public by installing the solar plant in their home but the issue rises when it comes to the maintenance part of the mechanism. With going time the mechanism got effected through some environmental factors which lead to the low efficiency in power generation. The dust and birds drooping are the two main dirt that got settled on the solar panel and reduces efficiency in energy generation. To control this we came up with a fully automatic machine that is very cost-efficient. The mechanism is divided into 3 portions as follows:

  1. Dust cleaning
  2. Cleaning with water
  3. Wipe cleaning Using this mechanism the efficiency of the solar panel can be increased by up to 50%. Our this residential solar panel cleaning systems can help you to increase output.
    Extremely effective and easy to use, our automatic cleaning systems work on solar panels in a smooth and sober manner. It's fully automatic which can run and stops when the work is done.
    In Extent, it can be controlled through Bluetooth module or wife card or by the simple switch press start method.

Challenges I ran into

  1. while doing the coding its a bit hard to decide the flow code.
  2. In the coding portion its a bit complex to handle the relay.
  3. Not only the coding but even mechanism is hard to build, To design the perfect model and apply in real terms is really challenging.
  4. while assembling the whole mechanism we faced many problems.
  5. when it comes to choosing the right material for the cleaning mechanism we feel toughness.
