The problem Attendify solves

1)Transition from Excel Sheets: We are moving away from the conventional use of formal Excel sheets for managing attendees. The QR system is not only more efficient but also enhances the overall experience for both participants and organizers.
2)Hassle free registeration: The student can see the available events in the events page of the system. Registerations is as simple as clicking a link.
3)No need to maintain multiple tickets: The system implements a dynamic QRcode that changes when a user registers in a event. Thus there is only one QR per user as visible on their profile page. This QR will have all the registered events of the respective user
4>Improved Accuracy:Manual data entry in Excel sheets is susceptible to human errors. QR codes eliminate the risk of errors associated with manual registration, ensuring accurate and reliable attendee information.

Challenges we ran into

1)To find a suitable solution to the existing primitive system of event registration.
2)Which technologies to use for a better user experience while being developer friendly as well as modern/community-rich and fast for better support.
3)Merging and implementing the system on both front as well as back end for a complete and professional system implementations.
4)Finding suitable deployment platform as well as configuring the locally developed system to work as an actual application.
