The problem Astrology by OMBRUJA solves

Astrology by OMBRUJA is here to unlock your cosmic identity. Built on Base using MiniKit, it provides AI-Driven Daily Horoscopes and curated zodiac art while fostering direct connections with artists worldwide.

• Collect Daily Horoscopes as NFTs: Users can collect AI-Driven Daily Horoscopes, each one unique to the individual, and saved in their profile as part of a lasting collection.
• Collect Zodiac Art: Users can collect up to 200+ zodiac artworks from global artists, building a gallery while supporting artists.
• Connect with Artists Globally: Users can click through each collected piece to reach the artist’s profile [in Farcaster and the Base app], enabling authentic discovery and connection.
• Lunar Snapshot: Users can view the current moon cycle and its influence, adding rhythm and context to daily practice.
• Astrological Seasons: Users can stay aligned with the zodiac calendar through real-time seasonal tracking.
• Sharing: Users can share daily horoscopes and zodiac art across Farcaster, the Base app, and other social platforms, promoting both the artists and the mini app.

The MiniApp has been featured in Farcaster Mini Apps and has won developer rewards, as well as in the Base App, both as a trending app and as a featured app.

Challenges I ran into

We encountered an issue when onboarding users through the Base App, where some context wasn’t being pulled from Farcaster. This was resolved by adding an additional field to the onboarding flow. We also patched in Privy, already included in the web app version since users were previously unable to create an account directly through the Base app.
