For emergencies, it provides essential first-aid guidance and connects patients to hospital emergency lines. It also suggests safe Ayurvedic remedies for minor health issues, ensuring holistic care and diagnosis for few diseases . ArogyaCeption makes healthcare more accessible, efficient, and patient-friendly.

Core Functions we are focusing on:
📞 AI Call Handling – Patients call the hospital number, and the AI receptionist understands their query in natural conversation (symptoms, preference, therapies, availability).

📅 Appointment Booking – The AI checks doctor schedules in real-time, suggests suitable slots, confirms bookings, and sends SMS/WhatsApp/email confirmations.

🩺 First Aid Assistance – In emergencies, the AI provides immediate, evidence-based first-aid guidance (CPR, choking, burns, etc.) and escalates to human emergency staff.

🌿 Ayurvedic Remedies Support – For minor ailments (cold, cough, stress, indigestion), the AI suggests safe Ayurvedic/home remedies while clarifying it is not a medical substitute.
