The problem AppointX solves
In India, Health Facilities are not well enough to cover our population. People rush from rural areas to urban areas for the medical facility and they have to wait in queue for their number and it causes a lot of time waste of them. By using our application a person can book an appointment with the doctor he wants and pay the bill Online or Offline. The patient
can also analyze reports which are processed by machine learning models integrated into the app. It also solves the problem of the immediate requirement of blood through our inbuilt blood bank section.
Challenges we ran into
We faced a lot of challenges in building this app. Our first challenge was optimizing the machine learning model
which is very heavy and can make your application very heavy which causes a lot of trouble for the app. To overcome this we converted the model into a TensorFlow Lite model and used the firebase MLkit which makes it easier for apps to easily achieve machine learning capabilities. The other challenge we faced was the mapping of different Reference nodes of the database.
