It was made to help local businesses scale by bringing two major problems faced by them. The first one being funds / capital required to continue their business and second being the reach. Along with this we insisted on promoting sustainablity in businesses by prioritizing businesses having higher sustainability score.
Problems Faced by Local Businesses:
Example:
Let's talk about "Sweet Treats," a small bakery in a busy area. It's like many small shops facing big problems. First off, money is tight. They can't really afford to advertise or make the shop bigger. Then, there's the issue of not standing out. Sweet Treats doesn't have a special look or vibe that makes people remember it. Most of their customers are people who live nearby or know the owner, which means they don't get a lot of new faces. Lastly, they haven't thought much about being green or ecofriendly, which is something a lot of customers care about these days. All these problems show what small businesses like Sweet Treats are up against, highlighting the need for smart plans to fix these issues.
