Virtual Estate for House hunting

The problem ApnaGhar solves

Our solution addresses the frustration of online house hunting where pictures often fail to capture the real
essence of a property. Buyers may miss out on great houses due to limited information. We're solving this by
introducing an AR/VR platform that provides an immersive, realistic experience, allowing users to explore homes
virtually, understand layouts, and even customize them, bridging the gap between online listings and the actual
feel of a property.
The AR/VR platform revolutionizes house-hunting with immersive 360 and 3D views, powered by blender,
three.js and 360 view. It enables buyers to tour properties realistically, facilitating spatial understanding and
design visualization. Neighborhood Exploration enhances the experience. Integration with Google Maps,
featuring Manual Polygon Creation, streamlines efficient property searches. The WhatsApp Bot serves as a
comprehensive tool for property exploration and insights. The AR-based Furniture Visualization feature
empowers users to envision furniture placement and decor, adding a creative touch to the property discovery
process. This integrated approach transforms online house-hunting into an engaging and efficient experience.
With our AR/VR platform transforms how houses are showcased, creating a lifelike experience for real estate
agents and delighted customers. Buyers can virtually explore properties anytime, anywhere, eliminating the
need for travel. Our platform adds a fun twist by allowing users to personalize their virtual tours, change lighting,
arrange furniture, and even experiment with wall colors. This not only makes house hunting convenient but also
enjoyable. Additionally, users can get creative and design their dream spaces right from their screens. In
essence, we're redefining the real estate experience, making it interactive, personalized, and simply more fun for
everyone involved.
