Master Agent Capabilities
The Master Agent serves as the primary conversational interface that greets customers arriving via digital ads or marketing emails, engages in natural, persuasive dialogue to understand customer needs, intelligently orchestrates workflow by delegating tasks to appropriate Worker Agents, maintains conversation context throughout the entire loan journey, and handles edge cases like rejections or additional document requests gracefully.
Worker Agent Specialization
Sales Agent: Negotiates loan terms including amount, tenure, and interest rates while addressing customer concerns and objections in a human-like manner.
Verification Agent: Connects to a mock CRM server to validate KYC details such as phone numbers, addresses, and existing customer information.
