We propose to develop a prototype of an app which allows a user to create account/login. The user can then report any injured/violent or dead stary animal. The app would take in details like type of animal, cause of concern, location, etc. Accordingly, the data would be shared with the concerned authorities. It will also display a few basic precautions/first aid to be taken as well, depending on the scenario.
