In our day to day life dumb or deaf people are facing many problems during communication. So we cannot understand their problems. By this application it is easy to communicate with dumb or deaf people in their daily life.

Finding the best dataset for training the deep learning model. It is not avialable for any environment then we fix it via hsv color background substraction and now it is available for any background during execution.we trained deep learning model with 98% accuracy
