The problem Ambulance Monitoring and Management System solves

Death due to delay and mismanagement of ambulances -

The feature that allows the Paramedic and the designated Doctor to connect via GMeet in the situation of a crisis, will help in getting fast consultation from the doctor (who would have already been updated about the medical history of the patient by the 'Patient Update Form' through Paramedic Portal) hence avoiding from the condition of the patient worsening.

The 'Patient Update Form' also gives the Doctor time to prepare for the patient before the patient arrives at the hospital, saving valuable time in life and death situations.

The GPS system enables the the designated Doctors to monitor and manage the movements and statuses of the Ambulances, hence enabling smarter allocation of ambulance resources.

Challenges we ran into

Since we do not actually have a physical GPS system, hence the possibility of actually implementing it in the span of 2 days is very low.

Hence we have used the Google Maps Api to show dummy locations for the sake of demonstration

However in the near future, it is entirely possible to integrate an actual GPS system, with Real Time data, shown through the Google Maps API

AJAX implementation to make new to make html object while constantly fetching new data to update the doctors page without refreshing it

Also making a program for automation joining gmeets was a task that was a bit tough.
