Often we hear college students suffering from depression and taking harsh actions due to academic pressure, peer pressure etc. Altruist scans the images received from entrance point of hostel, recognises the person in the frame and gives a score based on the happiness level of the person.
Altruist uses 2 models, one of which is to recognise the person in the frame and the other to assign the happiness scoreI. If the happiness level falls below a certain level over a period then it automatically notifies hostel caretaker and his close friend.
