The problem is that increased screen time, including video gaming is associated with low levels of physical activity and that video gamers who exceed screen-time limits are at greater risk of experiencing health issues associated to physical inactivity. Lack of physical activity combined with increased sedentary activity puts people at a greater risk of experiencing health issues including heart disease and diabetes as well as psychosocial issues.The inaccuracy in calculating calories as current fitness devices cannot differentiate between walking,running and jumping .
Creating an algorithm that can differentiate between walking,running and jumping.Creating a dataset for force sensors,analysing it and producing a desired output and discarding the garbage values.once these activities are differentiated the movements are tracked into the game by simulating the keyboard.the activities that are done during the session are forwarded to a database(MongoDB) from which web page displays the calories burnt by the user.Till now there are no existing solution that is currently available in the pc market.we would like to bring our idea forward ,execute them and make them available in the market so that we could improve the gaming experience alongside improving thier physical activities.
