The problem Airline Reservation System solves

I created Airlines Management, which can be used for managing airlines. Customers can Sign up and book flights of different airlines and can contact the customer care for help. The customer can search flights which are added by the employees and can book tickets for their respective departure dates by adding passenger information and by doing online payment using their prefered payment modes. The customers can also view their data and change their password in the profile page. If the customer faces any difficulty they can mention their problem using an enquiry option and they can also view other customers’ query. The employees have two departments: Customer care and airline management. The customer care is responsible for answering the queries of the customer and can view the not answered queries and answer them accordingly .The Airline Coordinators are responsible for adding flights. The Airline Coordinator and Customer care agents can see their data by viewing the profile page.
