Our project will help the offline market to overcome the threat of extinction that the e-commerce websites has imposed on them.


The problem AIM (Apni Indian Marketing) solves

Problem:
E commerce websites like Amazon ,Flipkart, Grofers are becoming a big threat to local threat to local shopkeepers(like kirane wale), small and big retailers.
Solution:
We can register all the shops(to be more specific, at first we will cover all the grocery stores, kirana shops, dairy shops) in an area to our platform AIM(Apni Indian Market). The registration will be free of cost at first and after registration the shopkeepers can add all their products under their shop names. Now, we will reach to the consumers and ask them to install our app to order their necessary daily need items from these shops through our apps while sitting at home. When a consumer opens the app and choses a certain category of product then all the shops which has these products will be shown to the consumer. These shops list will be sorted in a manner of time they are going to take to deliver the item to consumer along with a rating will be shown to the consumer besides the shop name so, it depends on the user from which shop he wants to buy the item. The delivery system will be managed by our teams and we will check the real time location of our delivery boy to maintain the sorted list of shops. After the product has been delivered the consumers can rate the shop so, it will help other consumers too.
Pros:

  1. Fast delivery within 1-2 hours.
  2. It will help the local shopkeepers to enhace their sales.
  3. Our idea will also help the Indian Market to grow.

Challenges we ran into

There are 2 big challenges we are going to face

  1. We have to maintain the time sorted list of shops efficiently to ensure the fast delivery.
  2. We have to pay to the delivery boys which is going to be difficult in our early days. So, we decided to take a minimal commission of the total monthly sale from the shopkeepers. So, we can pay to the delivery boys.
