AIImpactVault
AI-Driven Cross-Protocol Yield Optimizer
The problem AIImpactVault solves
DeFi users struggle to optimize yields across multiple protocols manually
Public goods funding lacks sustainable, automated mechanisms
Complex UIs make DeFi inaccessible to mainstream users
No way to personalize yield strategies based on individual risk/impact preferences
Challenges I ran into
Dashboard Rendering Bug: After wallet connection, the entire dashboard went black due to component prop mismatches and emergency CSS changes.
Aave v3 Adapter Integration: Integrating real Aave v3 contracts involved understanding interface signatures, finding correct pool addresses, and converting APY rates.
ERC-4626 Compliance: Building a vault with custom features and multi-adapter support, while keeping standard behavior and correct asset/share handling.
Uniswap v4 Hook Design: Implementing new hook architecture with limited examples, handling callback timings, and multi-beneficiary fee splits.
Responsive Design: Ensuring UI and charts looked premium and functioned correctly on mobile devices with touch-friendly interaction.
Gas Optimization: Rebalancing across multiple protocols risked being gas-intensive, so batching and threshold logic were added.
Deployment & Environment: Handling sensitive keys, correct addresses, and .env configuration for both testnet and dev environments.
Testing Coverage: Prioritized critical path tests, leaving some edge cases and component tests as future TODOs.
