Challenges we ran into
Real-time verification was harder than expected — balancing speed with accuracy required multiple iterations of our logic and data checks.
Map integration wasn’t smooth at first — syncing live locations of volunteers, donors, and recipients took time to stabilize.
Handling fake or duplicate requests was a major hurdle; we had to redesign our filters and scoring system several times.
Data consistency issues popped up in the backend due to simultaneous updates from multiple users.
Design alignment across the team was tricky — turning rough ideas into a clean, usable interface took extra coordination.
Deployment challenges occurred when managing responsiveness across different devices and screen sizes.
